Barry L. Hessler, Managing Director & Principal
Barry L. Hessler began his industrial career in the mid-1990’s working in the field of industrial service companies in the Gulf Coast region. Several years in the industrial services industry as an employee, Barry was exposed to Perlite services and began to learn the intricacies of that field. Barry learned the trade and educated himself, perfecting the standards and expectations of the job, in short fashion, becoming a subject matter expert. It wasn’t long into his career that Barry was a highly sought-after manager for companies whose expertise was the perlite arena. Barry’s name was synonymous with the perlite industry and his reputation has been established with Plant Managers and Regional Directors with most of the top customers in the perlite business, including Linde, Inc., Air Products, Air Gas, Matheson Gas, and Gulf Perlite, USA. With over 30 years under his belt in the Perlite field, Barry chose to start his own company in lieu of retirement and now runs Heat Perlite as a Managing Director and Principal. Barry’s expertise has allowed him to bring only the highest qualified employees and transportation experts with him to Heat Perlite.
